Greg was unable to make it to the meeting and asked me to take the minutes from tonights club meeting so here they are.

Minutes of Sonoma Wings Meeting 7-24-2003
Attending the meeting, in order of arrival were; Gregg Hacket, Charley Warren, Donna Matthias, Anthony Abate, Matt Jagelka, Kurt Bainum, Brian Padgett, Ernie Camacho, Leonardo Camacho, Jon James, Steve Harvey and Michal Kronbholz and Leo Jones.
While waiting for a quorum we watched videos courtesy of Anthony and Gregg.
At 8:03, in the absence of the President, the meeting was called to order by the Vice President.
First we reviewed the minutes of the last meeting, which was held at the park at King and was mainly confined to discussion of where to have this meeting and the St John fly-in. Regarding the St John fly-in, we set a firm date and reviewed who was doing what.
The date is 8-16-2003
Task Committee: Kurt Bainum, Matt Jagelka and Todd Robinson.
Shirts: Alison, Safety: Kurt, Prizes: Charley, Food: Donna, Entry Forms: Matt.
Entry fee will include shirt and dinner. Dinner will most likely be BBQ, Donna will need assistance, it's a lot of work. We will try to have the BBQ in Leroy Walkups' field. Donna will talk to Leroy and Dorothy this weekend.
If anyone else volunteered for positions at the King meeting we still want your help.
Some members were interested in doing something for the Sonoma County Air Museum Air Show the weekend of 8-23. Matt and Gregg would like to do a display. We will attempt to get a spot on short notice.
Matt informed the membership that the Bee Field LZ at St John is for sale for $330K for 86 acres. Matt also informed us that there is 2 grand in the club treasury.
Mat has two XL club shirts and 5 caps only left for sale.
We have gotten two more new members, Gerry Passaviento from Ukiah and Doug Millasich from Davis.
It was agreed to have the next meeting at the St John fly-in.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:36. We stayed and drank more beer.
