Meeting was brought to order by President Albert Branson at 8:05.
In attendance were, Donna Matthias, Kerri Lemos, Charley Warren, Gregg Hackett, Scot Huber, Leo Jones, Matt Jagelka, Ernie Camacho, Albert and Allison Branson, Jon James, Brian Padgett.

Nominations are open until the November meeting, which will be at Matt & Lori's house (Matt's Bd), on November 21st at 7:00pm. Voting will take place at this meeting.
We decided the Christmas party will be on December 12th, 2003. The location is still undecided. We are searching for volunteers. If you would like to host the party please post here. Much discussion on the Red Tail Trophy. Scot has the go ahead to get trophy and mugs. Decided to get separate mugs for the Go-For-It / Red Tail.
Leo brought up the voting for the Regional Director.
Ernie brought up the subject of archiving flight reports. Scot volunteered to help archive flight reports and with the website homepage.
Jon James talked about St. John and East Park Reservoir and laws that were supposed to be passed.
Matt brought club up to date on club finances.
Much discussion on paying Kevin for St. John Fly-In t-shirts.
