Sonoma Wings Meeting notes from 6-24-2004
We really did have an official club meeting while we were at King. It was dark and I was unable to take notes. Here is what I can remember, along with some memories recreated this past weekend with help from Lisa Tate among others.
The meeting was held at River Camp around the campfire at night.
Attending were Ernie Camacho, Donna Matthias, Matt and Lori Jagelka, Greg Sugg, Charley Warren, Jon James, John Blacet, Kurt and Anna and guest Blaine Perkins.
The meeting was called to order by Ernie sometime in the evening. Things that smelled good included the campfire, the river, the herb and desert.
First we discussed the fatality at Hull Mt.
Next we discussed the St John Mt fly-in. The date will be decided soon. Matt will be in charge of the Port-a-potty. Charley will help Matt with the entries. Kurt's daughter Kimberly has come up with a few T-shirt designs. We will select one of them. It was noted that Kimberly also has gotten her nose pierced.
Lisa insisted that we all sang Kum by Yahh!! Although I really can't remember singing anything and in all fairness, Lisa did not attend the actual meeting, only the recreation session.
During the recreation session, from which the rest of these notes were generated, Lori Jagelka introduced a new signal to the club. The gesture can be used like a "time out" signal to take the floor and introduce an introjection. It was also noted that Matt and Lori had a REALLY GOOD time on their way home, at the El Dorado in Reno, on their anniversary. Matt will use his O2 next time.
Leo provided Trader Joes cookies for snacks, shortbread with chocolate in the middle. It was noted that naked Sonoma Wingers cause others to begin drinking earlier in the day.
The Secretary made several motions to adjourn the meeting. Finally the fire died out and all club members fell over and that was the end of the meeting.
I'm not sure why I'm including this but it's written down, that Lisa is totally innocent.
