If you want to send them via e-mail, you'll need to scan them in yourself. When you scan your photo, make sure the image is 750 pixels wide by 500 pixels high (or greater) for a horizontal photo. I can re-size the photos (down, not up) as needed to fit the format of this photo gallery. Most scanners will create a .BMP (Windows Bitmap) format disk file. Hopefully you have software to convert the .BMP format to a .JPG (J-Peg) format that takes up less disk space and less time to upload/download. If your software allows you to choose the quality of the .JPG, pick 80%.

If you need a program to manipulate images, here's a great one that's free. I use it all the time to convert from one format to another. A really nice feature is its ability to display a thumbnail of every recognized image in a subdirectory. A great way to help you find that photo you need.
